UNLINK HOSTS SUCCESSFUL WEBEX WITH TUG REGARDING EDI- TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP. RAVE REVIEWS

Unilink Customer case

In 2012, Bob Biehl of Engine Parts Warehouse (EPW) approached The UniLink Group with the purpose of setting up EDI with various vendors and customers. Initially, EPW was to send purchase orders to Mahle Clevite and Federal Mogul, and receive PO acknowledgements in return. Mahle Clevite and Federal Mogul provided UniLink with their mapping specifications, and Bob Biehl supplied a listing of warehouse locations. One of the challenges was using special vendor EDI IDs based on the product lines being ordered. UniLink handled this programmatically by examining the part numbers in the orders. The capability to process drop ship orders was also successfully implemented. After implementing these vendors, we proceeded with JEGS Automotive and Summit Racing who, as customers, would be sending orders to EPW. UniLink also set up PO acknowledgements going back to these customers, including the handling of multiple shipment tracking numbers in an order. In 2016, Federal Mogul required new EDI IDs for each product line and UniLink was able to accommodate that request.

"Unilink has been one of the easiest partners to work with. You have helped us with some strange issues dealing with both vendors and customers. Each Unilink employee that I have dealt with has been helpful and knowledgable.

It has been a pleasure to deal with such a great company."
